In addition, there is a comprehensive explanation of three important spiritual disciplines that we strongly recommend our clients familiarise themselves with beforehand. If you haven't covered three of these four topics, then Peter will cover them with you. This will take at least an hour of your counselling time. It saves our time and your money if you have done this as homework before hand.

In addition, implementing these disciplines in advance of your counselling time will insulate you better against the attacks of the kingdom of darkness that are likely to increase as your counselling time approaches.
