In our January update, we said we were retiring at the end of the year. However, Heather and I have decided to retire, as of now. That means there will be no more personal counselling as of April 16.
We have moved back to New Zealand, for a variety of reasons, and have decided to use that transition to begin our retirement immediately. We will still run the counselling school in May and June.
Because we are booked months in advance, we recognise that will be a disappointment for many. However, Jesus has spoken very clearly regarding the advancement of our retirement.
It has been a tremendous privilege to watch Jesus move so intimately in the lives of so many of you. As those who have received ministry from us know, the commitment of both yourselves and us to the process of removing the blockages that prevent Jesus from healing, often requires a single minded focus and intensity that is completely absorbing. While I have been the principal counsellor, at the chalk face so to speak, Heather’s laser-like spiritual discernment and incisive comments have been absolutely crucial to the success of each counselling session.
Now in my eighth decade, it is the time to focus solely on each other.
